The former Deputy Treasurer of the NDC for Sunyani West Constituency and her daughter threatened to curse the Bono Regional School Feeding Coordinator and other party officials for ignoring them regarding the District Coordinator position for the school feeding program.
The former executive, along with her daughter, has threatened to curse party officials with a crate of eggs, schnapps, and a machete in response to what they call an unfair denial of a school feeding contract in Boffourkrom, Sunyani West.
In a viral video, the daughter of the former NDC treasurer at Sunyani West District, Abena, accuses the Bono Regional School Feeding Coordinator and other NDC officials of completely denying her mother her privileges despite her numerous sacrifices and hard work for the party.
She continue to argue that her mother was knocked by a mother at Boffourkurom while she was on a campaign trip for the NDC and nearly lost her life during the 2020 General elections.
Abena stressed that her mother provided financial support to people who had gathered in rural areas of the Bono Region to campaign for the NDC during the 2024 general elections.
She stated that in 2011, through her mother, the school feeding program was extended to Boffourkrom, and despite putting her life on the line, she has been substituted for one Rose Ankamah who is not even in indigene of Boffourkurom.
“My mother, who is in this video is the former deputy treasurer for the NDC at the Sunyani West District and it was through her in 2011 that school feeding program was extended to Boffourkrom. She was the only candidate who applied to cordinate the school feeding program at Boffourkrom since the NDC came on power” she said.
She has therefore issued a stern warning to the officials involved and vowed to seek spiritual justice if the matter is not addressed and her mother being put at her deserving post.
“Tell the person who you have awarded the contract to backoff, else the water-god at Boffourkrom is deaf to strangers, but for we the indigene, he listens to us. I will go the river with all these and if the person is a better NDC member than my mother, let her come forth and tell us” she added.
